So I have an entire post written and ready to post on my upcoming Wine App but I realized that Dev Org be damned, I want to try and explain how I think about creating objects and managing object relationships.  It can be intimidating to wrap your head around them at first and I want to do my best to explain how I figure out if something should be a different object or not when building out a custom solution.

In the previous post I talked about how my wife had mentioned that maybe I could build her an app to help her manage our new baby.  When I tell this story in 10 years time I’m sure I’ll be telling it slightly differently and more like this:

My Wife: Take me to bed or lose me forever

Me: I’ll build you an app instead!

The Wife App

So this site has been in the works awhile but hasn’t quite gotten off the ground because just as I came up with the idea for this blog our first baby decided that it was time to enter the world, due date be damned.  Once things settled down and I started talking to her about it, she said it would be great if I could build something for her as well – she didn’t like the apps that were available.
